Airline MRO Representative
Pierce Aviation Services can assist you with a full
time maintenance representative, who can travel onsite to any
location worldwide to remain onsite during the C Phase, D Phase
or Mod work that's required. Utilizing their
extensive experiences as MRO Chief Inspectors and as MRO
Program Managers allow for a smooth project flow from induction
to delivery.

It's apparent that MRO companies
have to be watched every step of the way, not because they
are dishonest, but because the logistics behind what happens
when a heavy aircraft is in check is challenging. In
fact, parts and consumable materials can eat into a budget
very quickly if not monitored.
Non-Routine items need to be
managed and accounted for daily. OEMs provide parts at
inflated prices, repairs should be made when possible
utilizing any and all engineering expertise available before
replacing a component.
The Pierce Aviation Services
team has successfully completed many heavy check
inspections, the majority on-time and on budget. Having managed
projects at most of the leading Repair Stations means that
they are familiar with the local management, project
managers, inspection departments, and, shipping/receiving
procedures. That means a more efficient check, from pre-dock
meetings to delivery day.
Because of Greg
Pierce's experience and knowledge, he was employed to
be the Customer Representative to the Boeing Aircraft
Company for the US Launch Customer of 25 B-737-800 and 10
B-757-300.
